I have dealt with heightened anxiety for a little over a year now bc of the pandemic. I was initially on prescription medication to help with it and ended up having insurance issues causing me to abruptly be taken off my Medication. I started researching different supplements to help with anxiety and I came across this one. It hasn’t even been a week yet and I’m honestly feeling the positive effects of these supplements. My heart stopped racing and my hands don’t shake the they would from things that initially made me anxious, and I feel extremely calm and level headed. I can’t explain it and I usually don’t leave reviews but this was necessary to mention especially if there is someone dealing with untreated anxiety and could use a little help until it’s sorted out professionally.

I suffered from extremely high stress levels & I just felt very unhappy all the time every day... probably depressed but never went to speak with a dr about it but after maybe 3 or 4 days of taking this supplement I noticed a major difference in my mood. I wasn't triggered so easily and instead of feeling like "things are never going to get better" I began to realize all of the blessings that I already have but took for granted. All the times God brought me through really hard situations and my bad attitude turned into gratitude.
